Besides being a tech savvy mum, I have always had a deep rooted love for stationery and paper planning. Starting from when I was very young, I would go from one planner to another, trying the variations. I recall sometimes spending hours drawing up my own planning layouts. Micro managing details and planning on paper has always appealed to me, maybe in a therapeutic sense even.
Eventually in 2020, with God's blessings and my parents encouragement, I plucked up the courage to launch my very first planner. I used up every bit of my savings to order my first inventory. Soon enough, my instagram page was up and running and now I have my own brand and a business!
Before it all began,
Previously I worked as a freelance graphic designer whilst being a full time mum to Isa. While offering my services to a few corporate companies, I also took an interest in party prop designing [backdrops, invitations, personalised artworks, sign boards, etc.].
The skills I acquired in this line of profession helped me greatly with designing and creating my planner layouts. Of course my need for hyper organising was a main contributing factor too.
Paper Trail Planners,
Finally on the 23rd of December, 2020, Paper Trail Planners was officially launched with our most loved product to date - The 'Ultimate Daily Planner’. Within a few days from launch, my very first inventory was sold out WHILE it was still in production -I was completely blown away.
Fast forward 18 months later, I have launched over 10 products with over 40 different covers in total and more products lined up for launch. It is truly a blessing. I am humbled by the massive support and encouragement I have received from family, customers and well wishers along the way. It has been an incredible journey.
